1. Agreement to these Terms
By creating a FlooringFlow account or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree to them, please don't use FlooringFlow.
2. Subscriptions & billing
FlooringFlow offers a free plan and paid subscription plans, plus optional add-ons (like extra user seats). Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis at the price shown to you before you pay, and your subscription automatically renews each month at the then-current price for your plan until you cancel. We'll always show you the amount due and what it's for before any charge.
3. No refunds
All payments are final. We don't provide refunds or credits for partial months, unused time, or any portion of a billing period you don't end up using — including if you cancel or downgrade partway through a period.
4. Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you keep full access through the end of the period you've already paid for. After that, your account automatically moves to the Free plan — no further charges, no action required.
5. Payment authorization & disputes
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the plan and any add-ons you select, on a recurring basis until you cancel. If you think you were charged in error, contact us first at support@flooringflow.app — we'll sort it out directly. Because these Terms clearly disclose our no-refund and cancel-anytime policy, and you affirmatively agree to them before any charge, filing a card dispute (chargeback) for a charge properly made under these Terms is a breach of this agreement and may result in suspension of your account.
6. Electronic signature
When you check the box agreeing to these Terms before completing a payment, that action is your electronic signature — legally equivalent to a handwritten signature under the U.S. ESIGN Act and applicable state law (UETA). We keep a record of your acceptance, including the date, time, and the version of these Terms you agreed to.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll ask you to review and accept the updated version before it applies to you. Continuing to use FlooringFlow after a non-material update means you accept the change.
