Cyncly Measure Mobile is $86/mo per seat from its published pricing, researched September 2026 — the cheapest tier anywhere in this category that draws a carpet seam layout. For one person we are four dollars dearer than that, and we are not pretending otherwise. What the column on the left also includes, at every tier, is the quoting, the scheduling, the work orders, the invoicing, the payments and the installer app — none of which that $86 buys. Before you ask
- Do I need a card to start?
- No. The free tier is permanent, takes two jobs a month, and includes the full takeoff — carton counts, carpet cut plans and the seam diagram. Run a real bid through it before you decide anything.
- What happens if I cancel?
- You drop to Free at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. Your measurements, estimates, jobs and files stay exactly where they are — we do not hold your data hostage to a subscription. You just go back to two jobs a month.
- Is it per user?
- No. Pro includes one user and extra seats are $10 each; Team is up to ten people for one flat $169.99 however many of them there are. Nine people costs the same either way — past that, Team is cheaper outright.
- I am not going to have time to set this up.
- That is the normal reason this kind of thing never gets adopted, so it is built for it: the signup walks you through the handful of answers that make a quote correct and lets you skip the rest. On Team we do it with you — two hours, included, and we use one of your real jobs.
- Can I change plans later?
- Any time, from Settings. Upgrades are prorated to the day and you see the exact figure before you confirm it. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and are never charged.
- Does it work on a Mac?
- Yes. It runs in a browser, so it works on whatever is already in the truck or on the desk. Every other takeoff package in this category is a Windows desktop application.
